These are some of our most frequently asked questions. If your question is not answered here, please feel free to contact us.

When can we board the vessel?
As our fleet use public jetties for departure, a boarding time of 5 minutes up to 15 minutes can only be offered. Please chat with us, if you require extra time and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Where can our fleet depart from?
Most of our fleet depart from the following jetties:

• East Street - East Fremantle
• Sardine Jetty – Fremantle
• Barrack Street Jetty – Perth
• JoJo's Jetty – Nedlands
• Claremont Jetty - Claremont
  
• Mosman Park Jetty – Mosman Park

Vlaming & Miss Sandalford can also depart from: Claisebrook Cove – West Perth, Ascot Quays – Ascot and Sandalford Winery – Caversham. Other jetty departures may also be available, please discuss with us. Some of these departure points many incur an additional charge to cover the cost of traveling to and from that location plus crew costs.

Can we smoke on your fleet?
Yes, you can smoke on most of our fleet usually at the back of the deck. Smoking is not permitted within the vessels interior. Best to check with the crew upon boarding where the designated smoking area is. Take care of our fish and please do not throw your butts in the water.

Is there a certain type of footwear we should wear?
Being on a boat, you are more likely to be relaxed, having a dance or even swimming, so easy slip on and off shoes are the best. Non marking soles & high heels are not preferred. Ladies…….you'll find you will only take them off anyway.

Can we have 1 or 2 extra passengers than the maximum passenger number?
Boats are licensed to carry a certain number of passengers and under no circumstances allowed to go over this maximum number. The maximum passenger number is specified for each individual boat in the Charter Boats section of our website.

How do I make a booking?
Contact us or send us a online quotation and specify that you want to book. We will chat with you to run through all of the details of your booking. To confirm a 40% non-refundable deposit if payable within 5 days of making your tentative booking.

Are there any conditions to booking?
Yes, terms & conditions are supplied upon making a booking.

Is there a bond payable?
A bond is sometimes payable, this will be confirmed at the time of booking. The bond will be refunded after the vessel has been inspected.

Does your fleet have toilets onboard?
All of the boats have at least one toilet on board, some may have 2 toilets which are usually separate male and female toilets. We also provide the toilet paper.....just in case you are wondering.

Can you arrange alcoholic beverages for us?
Our aligned bottleshop Claremont Cellars can organise your beverages for you. Save yourself the hassle of lugging it down all yourself, Claremont Cellars will deliver free of charge, provide complimentary glassware, you can order any type of beverages and best it all it's at bottleshop prices.

Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages?
On most of our fleet you can BYO beverages. Please note that Decoy and Miss Sandalford are licensed vessels and byo or Claremont Cellars beverages are not available. Beverage lists for these vessels are available upon request.

Do we need to bring ice and glasses?
On some boats we are able to provide the ice and glasses for you - we will confirm this with you at the time of booking.

Do we need to bring an esky?
All of the boats have either one or several iceboxes onboard. You won't need to bring any additional eskies.

Can you help us organise food and catering?
Yes, our caterer who has been working with us since our inception is very familiar with all of our fleet. There is a catering menu to suit every occasion. If you would like you can make up your own menu, please let us know and can provide you with a quote.

Can we bring our own food?
You are more than welcome organise your own food and we'll be happy to assist you in to cook it or better still we can cook if for you.

If we organise our own food, do we have to bring plates and cutlery?
On some boats we are able to provide the plates and cutlery for you - we will confirm this with you at the time of booking, otherwise you will need to bring your own.

If we organise our own catering what other things do we need to bring?
Facilities on each boat vary and we will be able to inform you what you need to bring at the time of booking. But some of the things that you will need to bring are any condiments such as tomato sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and napkins.

Is there a BBQ on board all of your fleet?
All of our fleet have a BBQ and utensils onboard, except for Vlaming, Decoy  & Miss Sandalford.

Do we have to get rid of the rubbish at the end of the cruise?
No, there are bins on board to place your rubbish in throughout the cruise. We will then get rid of the rubbish for you.

Can you supply hire equipment or entertainment?
We can arrange all extra equipment required to ensure your cruise is to your satisfaction. Some of the things you may require are:

• Tablecloths, tables, chairs , chair covers
• Entertainment - such as musicians or comedians
• Flowers, balloons and other decorations
• Hire of dive equipment of snorkelling sets

Can you arrange transport for us?
Yes, we can. If you need a bus/coach or limo to transport you to and from the boats departure location, we can arrange this for you.
