The service was excellent. We were welcomed by all the crew and informed of the hazards of boarding the vessel. Once onboard the emergency process and all relevant information regarding the boat was provided. The crew were friendly and the service exceeded our expectations. We would recommend the vessel to anyone. Over all it was the best team building event we have had to date, everyone absolutely loved it (and are still talking about the day......). It was a lovely evening.  Everyone seems to have enjoyed it.  The boat was great.  The crew were lovely and you did a wonderful job with keeping the food coming while being unobtrusive at the same time.  There was plenty to eat and the selection worked well.  You provided an excellent service in the leadup to the event and I would have no hesitation in recommending Exclusive Charters to anyone.  In fact I did to my hairdresser as an idea for her 21st.

You have all been very accommodating, especially when we changed the destination of our charter at short notice.  We couldn't go on the original boat that we chartered (due to circumstances beyond both our controls) but we were very happy that you provided us with multiple alternate options.  On the day the staff were friendly and the food was very good.Would definitely recommend your service in the future.

Where do I start?  Everything was fantastic.  I can’t praise the crew highly enough for their assistance last Saturday night.  The boat was right on time and the crew were a huge help in getting everything organised and they also looked very professional.  The weather was perfect but unfortunately the time just flew – we could have stayed out there all night.  Everybody had a great time and I’ve received lots of thanks and praise for a fantastic night over the past week.  If my friends hadn’t thought of a cruise as a great place for a party before Saturday – they certainly do now! Thank you also for your time and assistance in making my 40th super special.  The memories and photos will last forever.

The boat was the perfect size. Not having formal seating was a huge plus as it was easy for everyone to mingle & move around.  The crew on board were very friendly & helpful!  The catering was very delicious! They worked very well with us as we had to set up for the cake after the meal. Everyone on board commented how well organized & nice things were. I will highly recommend Exclusive Charters to my friend! It was a great experience & maybe we can do it again! Everyone at Exclusive Charter did a great job keeping it a secret from my husband.  He was shocked!!

We all had a fantastic time on Friday! The crew were fantastic and the vessel was perfect for what we were after. I think we could have done with 2 more hours on the boat as it went so quickly. Thank you for all your help. Finding a vessel (especially at such short notice) through Exclusive Charters was so much easier than contacting each charter boat separately, and it's always good to have a friendly voice on the other side of the phone.
