Catering

We have a number of catering options available to suit your needs. All menu's come with plates, cultery & napkins.

You can choose from one of the following menus or if preferred we can tailor a menu to suit your needs:

• Canapes / Finger Food / Cocktail Menu
• Carvery Buffet Menus
• Hot & Cold Buffet Menus (includes Seafood Buffet menus)
• BBQ Menus
• Budget BBQ Menus

Catering & Beverage Waitstaff

To ensure your event is a success we recommend at least one catering waitstaff for all menu's. Current rates for waitstaff is $30.00 per hour & $40.00 per hour for Sundays & Public Holidays. One hour extra is required for setup & packup eg: 4-hr charter requires staff for 5-hrs etc.

Some menu's are available for you to cook yourself. This does however depend on the menu and the boat you hire.

On most of the boats the beverages are generally stocked in the boats large iceboxes and is on a help yourself basis, however should you prefer to have a dedicated RSA beverage waitperson to serve drinks during your cruise, this can also be arranged on request.

Alternatively you can bring your own beverages and catering (on most boats) at no extra cost.
